Royal Office of Orders, Honors and Awards Affairs of the Sefwi Obeng-Mim Kingdom has the honor to announce the following decrees:
I, Oheneba Nana Kwame Obeng II, Grand Master of the Royal Order of the Golden Fire Dog, decree as follows:
- Mr. Carl Lemke was bestowed The Royal Order of the Golden Fire Dog in the rank of Knight Grand Cross (KGCG).
- Carl Lemke is bestowed a Royal Title of OSEADEEYO meaning “The one who walks the talk” to do what one said one could do, or would do, not just making empty promises. To do things consistent with what one claims. I now recognize Carl as Oseadeeyo Carl Lemke.
